Our Tour Directors

Leading every Holiday Vacations tour is one of our 60 expert Tour Directors who handles all the details of your journey. These accomplished professionals are friendly, courteous and have a contagious enthusiasm for travel. They are well versed in the destination you're visiting and their numerous travel experiences will help bring your vacation to life!
Holiday Vacations Tour Directors complete a thorough training program before guiding a tour of their own. This comprehensive plan includes tour procedures, geography, CPR and first aid. They are responsible for the efficient operation of the tour. Should you need assistance for any reason, your Tour Director is on call 24 hours a day throughout the tour.
Holiday Tour Directors keep you informed of upcoming events, offer direction and participate in all tour activities including scheduled meals and attractions. They reconfirm all scheduled meals, accommodations and attractions, and take care of hotel registration, baggage handling and checkout. Teamed with expert local guides, they share compelling observations about the history and lifestyles of the area and its attractions.

Rob Foeckler
A South Pacific Specialist with 31 years of experience, Rob has not only traveled through Australia and New Zealand extensively, but has lived and taught in Melbourne for three years. Another of Rob’s favorite destinations is the enchanting country of Ireland.
Mike Kenney
With a decade of experience in the travel business, Mike is Holiday’s International Product Specialist. He has traveled frequently to Europe, Costa Rica and numerous international destinations and applies this extensive travel knowledge to Holiday’s International itineraries.
Pam Cyran
In her 28 years of experience, Pam has been involved in a variety of development and management roles in the travel business. Pam specializes in our Washington, D.C. and Hawaii tours. Her strong industry background and destination knowledge are a tremendous asset in the planning and design of several Holiday Vacations’ tours.
Connie Harmon
Almost 20 years at Holiday has helped Connie in her role as Product Coordinator. Along with the Product Developers, Connie prepares the daily itineraries and tour information for all of Holiday’s tours. Her travel experiences help her assist Holiday’s guests with choosing their next vacation.
